PROGRAMS AND THEIR BENEFITS

Business
Business leadership is at the core of human flourishing. The core of human existence is the ability to manage resources for productivity, be it the resource of men or capital and raw materials. Our business graduates can contribute at this critical juncture of productivity and human excellence.

Arts and Social Sciences
Art reflects society, while social science is concerned with understanding human behavior and social interactions. Art helps us understand social issues and to engage them: race, gender, politics. Art also represents marginalized groups, giving them a voice. Similarly, social science research helps us understand the positive impact of the arts on individuals: improved mental health, increased empathy, greater community engagement, social cohesion, and the creation of cultural bridges. In essence, arts and social sciences bring an uncommon meaning to life that makes specialists invaluable contributors to other areas of life: business, government, nongovernmental institutions, and the community. Our arts and social science graduates know how to spot what matters in diverse situations—a critical skill for any venture and enterprise, public and private (Meerab, 2003).

Divinity
Apart from understanding and sharing best practices in Theology, our Divinity program seeks to be a light bearer, imparting to our students the grace embedded in every teaching and topic of our unique courses. This makes learning about God a journey into a higher experience of the creator, which translates into their providing qualitative leadership in academia and in all communities where they live.

Conflict Studies
Most people's perception of conflict is negative. As a result, it is often perceived as evil, leading to improper management. Our Conflict Studies program seeks to put an end to this pervasive ignorance. The foundation of our conflict studies, which is mandatory for all students, is our innovative Philosophy of Conflict. Our alumni are all masters of scientific, step-by-step, strategic, and effective conflict resolution. They reduce local and global tension that leads to war and all forms of violence.

Legal Studies
Law and order determine the fall and rise of any polity, be it a small community or the whole world. When the law fails in its formulation or application, society disintegrates. Whether the law is written or unwritten, there is no polity, small or big, without law. Given this background, our students of legal studies at all levels study and lead cutting-edge research in legal matters. We thus give the world and its many communities a solid basis for legislation and law enforcement that is at once holistic and people-friendly.
